The Ever Incredible Guren

Kallen is recognized by Zero and the others at the best pilot among the Black Knights. Because of this title she is given a one of a kind Knightmare Frame to compete with Suzaku's Lancelot. Her Knightmare is called the "Guren Mk-II" pronounced as "Guren Mark Two". The Knightmare was developed by an Indian engineer named Rakshata and was built under orders from the Kyoto Houses. The Guren can compete with any Britannian Knightmare frame and boasts several unique features.

Kallen's Guren has a unique set up, never mind weapons. The Guren is painted what I would call "sore thumb red" for the fact that unlike most Knightmares that are fairly plain in color, Kallen's is birght red and orange. Her pilot's seat is designed less like a cockpit and more like a motorcycle seat. The Guren is even given in depth statistics, which some characters don't even have. The Guren weighs in at 7510kg (not including later flight version) which is the evquivalent to 16557 lbs in America. The Guren stands 4.51 m tall, which is almost 15 feet tall.

The Guren has several weapons including a custom hand gun, a slash harken, and a fork knife. It's most important weapon is the Radient Wave Surger, which is the over-sized silver right arm of the Guren. it has sharp claws and the arm can extend at the elbow to grab the enemy and pull it closer. By activating the Radient Wave Surger's emitter, it can fry the electrons of other Knightmares and destroy their frames rendering them utterly useless. The arm can be used as a shield where the surge from the emitter can repel lances and bullets from other Knightmare frames. Although it was destroyed during the battle for Tokyo it was replaced with a slimmer more stream lined three finger model.

The Guren gains two new attachments during the course of the series. The first is it's rocket attachments and Air Glide Wings. The Radient Wave Surger reaches a longer area and Kallen is given a portable Gefjon Disturber (a machine which can shut down Knightmares by affecting the chemical and mechanical properties of their Sakuradite). This system doesn't last long because Kallen is captured soon after and Lloyd and Cecile are given a chance to play with it. They, like Rakshata go over the top with adjustments (both teams are rivals) and add harken boosters as well as a beam mechanism to the Guren's Radient Wave Surger (making it useless to any pilot but Kallen who is used to the awkward balance of the Surger anyway). They also disable Rakshata's wings to attaching four energy "feathers" similar to the Lancelot Albion's. They allow the Guren to move at insane speeds and the wings can cut through metal and armor. It's knife was upgraded to an MVS sword which is double the size of most. The Guren even looks different having a lot of armor adjustments and a few parts painted.

Rakshata claims Lloyd and Cecile destroyed her "baby" however the Guren is finally able to defeat the Lancelot with these adjustments, and it almost appears to have been made for that purpose (which is possible considering Lloyd's sociopathic tendencies). Although it is heavily damaged losing its head and both arms, Kallen remained safe inside it. The Guren is important to Kallen, she carries its key around her neck in the epilogue.
